How do I search for an accommodation?
Select arrival date and departure date and the number of people
staying in the apartment .Then press “search”.
On the next page, a list of all available apartments will be displayed.
All apartments displayed on this page are available to be rented
on the days you have entered.

How do I make a booking for an apartment?
Once you then take your travel dates into the search form and
selected an apartment from the availability list, click on the words
go. On the next page, you will be giving details of
the apartment with the total cost of the stay. This price includes
basic price up to 2 people, additional extra persons, seasonal price
adjustments, discounts, local tax, agencies fees, water, gas, electricity
and cleaning fee; except in monthly rentals, where gas, water and
electricity fees are not included. Click on the words book
now and continue to the booking page. On the booking page,
you must fill in the form with your personal data. In order to complete
the booking you must pay the amount indicated as Payable now.
Your credit card will only be charged the amount indicated as Payable
now once we verify all the information.

Is cleaning included in the total price?
Yes, a onetime cleaning fee is included in the total price for a
onetime cleaning of the apartment. Our apartments are cleaned
before and after our guests enter and leave the apartments.
If you wish to have the apartment clean during your stay you must
arrange this with the apartment owner or contact come2bcn.com.
Generally, an extra cleaning costs €30.

When do I receive the address and contact
details of the owner?
Once you have paid the “payable now” amount to reserve
the apartment of your choice we will e-mail you the details of the
apartment owner.

How much do I have to pay as a deposit?
Each apartment has a different rule regarding deposits. If an
apartment requires a deposit this will be indicated in the apartment
details and on the booking form page. This amount is to be paid
to the owner when you receive the keys. The deposit is refunded
when you leave the apartment.
If you rent an apartment for a month there is an additional refundable
deposit of €500. This will be used to pay the electricity,
gas and water fees, which are not included in the total cost of
the stay.

When will I be refunded the deposit paid?
The owner or contact person of the apartment will refund of the
money you paid as a deposit when you return the keys to this person
granted you have not caused any damage to the apartment.

How do I pay the prepayment?
To pay the prepayment stated as “Payable now” you must
complete the booking form and insert your credit card details. We
will charge the prepayment to your credit card when we had
verified that the apartment is available. Follow the steps
above indicated in the section “How do I make a booking for
an apartment?”

What is provided in the apartment?
All of our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, shower,
toilet, towels and bed linen. Extra equipment such as TV,
stereo, Internet and cable TV vary depending on the apartment.
This information can be found in the detailed apartment description
available for every apartment.

When do I receive a confirmation that my
booking is confirmed?
Once you have entered your personal information and your payment
details we verify the information provided and charge your credit
card the amount of the prepayment. Once the prepayment has
been charged we send you the complete confirmation of the booking
which includes the owners/contact person’s details as well
as the exact location of the apartment.

How do I receive the keys for the apartment?
Once you have received your booking a confirmation you must contact
the property owner/contact person and arrange a time to pick up
the keys. You must contact the owner/contact person at least
four days prior to arriving at the apartment.

How do I cancel my apartment reservation?
To cancel the reservation you must contact Come2bcn.com.
We will then notify the apartment owner that you have cancelled
your reservation.

Do I receive a refund if
I cancel my accommodation reservation?
The amount which is refunded depends on the amount of time you cancel
prior to the date of the reservation. Please read our terms
and conditions for a detailed explanation of the refund amounts.

Where to leave the luggage?
If you are arriving early in the morning or leaving late you can
store your luggage in our offices. This service is available from
10:00h to 20:00h everyday.
